The Prince’s Trust gives practical and financial support to young people, developing key skills such as confidence, teamwork and motivation.

They work with 11 to 30 year olds across the UK, who are long-term unemployed, have struggled at school, have been in trouble with the law or have grown up in care.

Austerfield Residential

Established for 40 years, we welcome around 6,000 children annually, providing a safe, hands on approach to learning, inspiring our visitors about science, nature, geography, local history and more. We encourage practical exploration of the outdoors, boosting team building, confidence and creativity of children and young people of all backgrounds.

Creating A Compelling Culture

Commando Joe’s was established in 2009 training veterans as instructors/mentors, to bring about significant change for the most disadvantaged young people.

They are passionate about building life skills, raising attainment, behaviour and attendance in our schools, inspiring young people to achieve their best. ‘No Child Left Behind’ is their founding ethos. They provide school and community based projects offering challenging personal development activities with a military ethos designed to engage young people, build their character, enhance self-discipline and attitude towards others.

Over the past 8 years, more than 380 schools, 175,000 pupils, 3,500 teachers across England have benefited from their innovative teaching methods and our commitment to a sustainable school-led model of positive change.

DCLT National Pool Lifeguard Award

Doncaster Culture and Leisure Trust (DCLT) is a charitable organisation that has a proven track record of developing and delivering a  diverse range of Health and Well Being, Leisure, Sport, Cultural and educational/skills programmes and services across the borough of Doncaster. Our mission statement is ‘Striving For Healthier Communities’

DCLT’s 16  venues range from traditional community leisure centres, the award winning Dome, new build school facilities, a training academy  and an outdoor activity centre/campsite.

Find Your Pride

Out Youth are an working to improve life chances for LGBT+ young people. We offer training and support to schools and services as well as work to develop youth provision.

This programme aims to be a supportive measure in schools offering twilight training sessions to front line staff by young people who can talk about their personal experiences praising but also working with schools to identify what they could improve on and how they can ensure their schools are fully inclusive and responsive to issues as they arise, providing early intervention and support for LGBTQ+ young people.

In delivering this work, we will also be increasing the support systems available to young people, as well as the capacity of the currently LGBT+ youth provision

Flying Futures - Life Lessons

Flying Futures are a non for profit Community Interest Company and supporters of the #iWill campaign. We manage and deliver a range of Social programmes across Yorkshire, the North East and Humberside to bring about effective change to communities.

This is done primarily (though not exclusively) through the use of sports, mentoring, training and employment and citizenship programmes with Children and Young People aged between 5 and 25 years of age.

Links for Youth

The main aims of Links 4 Youth are to provide lifelong learning and to address problems caused by deprivation and isolation through the provision of activities related to education, health and recreation for all ages.

Regular activities are sewing and crafts, Tai Chi, Walking group, Pilates, Painting, Drawing and supporting our successful Links 4 Youth Project mainly based in Mexborough.

Open Cast

Open Cast is a community interest company that provides support and training to young people outside mainstream education or at risk of becoming so. They have been delivering training, support and diversionary activities to disengaged young people for over 15 years.

They are passionate about positive achievement and helping young people to realise their potential to build a better future.
